Located in Lakeside, we produce cage-free, vegetarian eggs that are sold along with other goods at their storefront. We also sell to stores and restaurants around San Diego County. The ranch has 3 state-of-the-art cage-free aviaries, each housing around 10,000 hens. These barns are designed with the hen’s comfort and safety in mind.

Here at Hilliker’s, our girls live in cage-free aviaries where they can roam and mingle safely. Equipped with automatic feeders, waterers, and waste management equipment, the only thing they are missing is a flat-screen tv. We collect eggs each day and process (wash, weigh, pack) them every other day on-site to guarantee quality and freshness!
